One rule: DO NOT say that you are lacking the cash right now. We don't want to empty your pockets. We are currently offering a special to those of you who want to get ahead in the game without losing your hard earned cash. Sound good? Check out some reasons why you need to get in on this.
A list of reasons for your contemplation:
1. How many good bands do you know that do not have a website of their own? I personally can't name one.
2. A more professional look means an upper-edge. Think of this: Two bands are in comparison for a chance to play at a venue. All other qualities were equal. Who wins? The band with the best marketing skills is going to win, silly. So get on it.
A website is one of THE best marketing tools.
3. You get sweet pictures along with the site which you can use for all of your other advertising needs.
4. Simplicity Design is running a special. Yeah. Get on it. Its not going to last forever.

Theodicy (Musicians).
Morgantown based indie band, Theodicy, needed a site not only to display their music and pictures, but a site that fans could get on and join the causes they support. Check it out. It's kinda neat.

Downtown Pizza and Subs (Restaurant).
Downtown Pizza and Subs is a restaurant out of Fairmont, West Virginia. Its convenient location is one that many college students have enjoyed time and time again. My job was to convey the many aspects of this seemingly small downtown pizza shop. My intent was to show its multi-faceted personality through another simple, but effective design. Want to know more? Check out the site. |

Oliverio's Marketplace (Restaurant).
Oliverio's is known for their great Italian food and fine dining. The Marketplace is a new addition to the Oliverio's branch, with casual dining and the same great italian food. I was honored to represent their new addition with a simple, yet striking design. Want to know more? Check out the site.

Paige Butcher (Photographer).
Paige Butcher has raw talent. With her exceptional eye, she truely captures the moment. Make sure you don't just take my word on it, however. I am pretty biased--I am just lucky enough to say that she snaps all of Simplicity Design's photos. So check it out yourself. Oh, and the site is pretty neat too. |

Say Boy (Restaurant).
Ready for a genuinely home-cooked meal? Ask Kenny Sabo, family owner of this extraordinary restaurant--Say-Boy is 100% home-cooked. Anything you order will be made-from-scratch that day. It was my job to capture the history and life of this place. Want to know more? Check the site out. |

StoneBridge Baptist (Chruch).
I met Jason Sheffstall, the Pastor at StoneBridge Baptist, in front of the MountainLair in the heart of Morgantown. His easy-going personality and love of life caught my eye. When he told me his ideas for a website, he said he needed a place where his church could stay up-to-date with events, where he could post needed information, and something that is easily accessible to newcomers.
StoneBridge is full of new life and positive messages. Check out the site for more information. |
